In the rapidly changing digital world, where creativity meets effectiveness, i-dac Indonesia, in collaboration with Silverpush, has raised the bar yet again. They won silver and bronze awards at the prestigious
Marketing Excellence Awards 2024 for the impactful Alodokter campaign "Talk Can Save Lives." Apart from the commitment to excellence, this recognition put in perspective their capabilities for crafting campaigns that strike a deep nerve with the audience.
Launched on World Mental Health Day, the "
Talk Can Save Lives" campaign sought to break mental health stigma. Using Silverpush's innovative AI creative intelligence solution, the campaign featured an interactive EmotionBot, transforming a standard video ad into a powerful support tool. This digital bridge allowed users to anonymously select emoticons that reflected their feelings, allowing them to express their inner turmoil, resonating deeply with judges, and supporting many Indonesians facing mental health challenges.
The success of the Alodokter campaign earned the following awards:
- Silver: Excellence in Marketing to a Specific Audience
- Bronze: Excellence in Customer Engagement
The campaign's impact extended far beyond industry recognition, delivering remarkable results that underscore its effectiveness. With more than 300,000 engagement actions and over 800 consultancy calls registered, this campaign reached an unbelievable 9.73% engagement rate. More importantly, Alodokter saw a 20% increase in app installations during those brief seven days of the campaign period, a perfect synergy of social impact and marketing objectives.
By combining empathy with advanced artificial intelligence technology, these awards demonstrate that a well-executed campaign can create meaningful change. Silverpush extends its heartfelt congratulations to all partners involved in this campaign, including the talented teams at i-dac Indonesia and Alodokter for their impactful contributions.
